An OBE is an experience in which a person seems to perceive the world from a location outside their physical body. In this state they can see and hear events and conversations that cannot be perceived from their actual physical location. It has been estimated that 1 in 20 individuals may have an OBE during their lifetime. Many individuals would like to recreate the experience and have OBEs at will. This course will give you the history, resources, examples, and exercises so that you too may be able to experience an OBE.
