This is an introductory course with 6 sessions focusing on the Tarot Cards. In this course you will learn the foundations for each Tarot card in the deck, their meanings and how to interact with the cards in a tarot spread. You will also learn the history of the Tarot and how the cards are used in a regular practice, as a Tarot Reader and in other practices, such as life coaching, counseling and therapy. You will learn how to care for your cards, prepare for a reading with another person or by yourself. You will learn how to read a classic three card spread and interpret the cards’ meaning. This course also looks at the use of intuition when reading the Tarot. The Rider Waite Tarot is the focus deck for this course. Downloadable “practice forms” and interactive workbook assignments and streaming media are offered throughout this interactive class.

Steve Johnston, CPCC, CTP Steve has an extensive background in counseling and psychology as well as being certified as a Co-Active Coach from the premiere training organization, The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. He is a graduate of the Co-Active Space Leadership Program and a graduate student of the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco.

A spiritualist and shaman, Steve develops and leads courses, workshops and Vision Quests. He has read Tarot for more than 20 years. He is an advanced student in the study of Kabbalah and he maintains a full time practice of Coaching Clients and Spiritual Clients. Steve has lead individuals and groups all of his life. He strives for the betterment of humanity and believes in the proverbial "lifting of the veil" so that all individuals can and will achieve their goals and dreams.
